Run the database SQL
In Supabase, open SQL Editor and run supabase/schema.sql, then supabase/upgrade-v2.sql. Existing installations also run supabase/upgrade-v3-profiles.sql.

Connect Firebase to Supabase
In Supabase, open Authentication, then Third-Party Auth, and add Firebase project zora-d10f4.

Set the Netlify environment variables
Add the Firebase service account JSON, the Supabase service-role key, the Supabase URL and a one-time setup secret.
